2023 Summer Basketball Leagues

Adult Men Playing A Friendly Game Of B-Ball Outside
Starting the week of June 26th, Exeter Township Parks and Recreation will offer a 6-week youth Basketball League.

Ages 7 to 11 years
The program will be Tuesday & Thursday evenings, 6-8 pm.  Participants will get 3 weeks of instruction and game experience, and 3 weeks of league games ending with a double elimination tournament.

Ages 11-15 years
The program will be Monday & Wednesday evenings, 6-8 pm.  Participants will get 2 weeks of instruction and game experience, and 4 weeks of league games ending with a double elimination tournament.

*Deadline for sign ups is June 5th due to the t-shirt order 

Summer Basketball 6-Week Instructional League, Ages 7-11
  • June 26- August 3 (rain dates may extend the league)
  • Tuesdays & Thursdays, 6 pm-8 pm
  • $85 registration fee to help pay for basketball t-shirts and trophies.
  • The program will consist of 3 weeks of instruction and game experience and 3 weeks of league games ending with a double elimination tournament.
  • The program is open to all kids ages 7-11.
  • We will focus on the instructional portion of the program for the first 3 weeks.
  • Concentrating on the basic fundamentals, (dribbling, passing, shooting, and team play.)
  • The program will also cover game strategy.
  • Players will be placed on teams according to age and ability.
  • The league will end with the annual "Exeter Township Tournament of Champions."
  • We will be limiting the league to 60 participants.

Summer Basketball 6-Week Player League, Ages 11-15
  • June 26- August 3 (rain dates may extend the league)
  • Mondays & Wednesdays, 6 pm-8 pm at Community Park
  • $85 registration fee to help pay for basketball t-shirts and trophies.
  • The program will consist of 2 weeks of instruction and game experience and 4 weeks of league games ending with a double elimination tournament.
  • The program is open to all kids ages 11-15.
  • Players will be placed on teams according to age and ability.
  • The league will end with the annual "Exeter Township Tournament of Champions."
  • We will be limiting the league to 40 participants.
  • Please sign-up early!
