This popular low impact exercise method involves slow movements and deep breathing.  Tai Chi is a self paced method of gentle physical exercise and stretching. The benefits of Tai Chi include flexibility, balance and muscle strength.  This practice of flowing physical movement with attention to deeper breathing promotes a sense of calm and well being.

$4/class - Tuesdays at 9 am

Teresa Lopuchin is a fitness trainer, nationally certified with AFAA and Silver Sneakers. Teresa has practiced Tai Chi for over 20 years. Her commitment to health and fitness inspires her to bring this beautiful form of exercise to the community.
