Reservations will be accepted beginning January 15th of each calendar year. Reservations can only be made for the current calendar year.
Dunn Community Center
The Dunn Community Center is available for rental from January 15th through December 30th; and is closed on all Township holidays. Rental fee and contract documents must all be completed by the person who made the reservation no less than one week prior to your reservation date; no exceptions. Set-up and clean-up processes are to be completed within your rental period; we do not offer early set-up or late clean-up extensions.
Pavilion Rentals
Park pavilion facilities are available for rental between April 1st and October 31st,
exception: Trout Run (limited availability April through July)
Fields Rentals
Fields are reserved on a first-come, first-served basis. To reserve for a season, teams MUST provide the Township a complete copy of their schedule at the time of the reservation request. Certificate of Insurance naming Exeter Township as Certificate Holder AND Additional Insured is required. Certificate must be valid for entire length of facility rental.

Rates for all rentals are set by the Board of Supervisors, all rates are subject to change. Payment is due at the time of booking one of our Park facilities. The Exeter Township Resident rate is available ONLY to current residents of the Township, and that person must be the individual to book and pay for the facility. Residency is verified after each booking; if an incorrect amount has been paid, 7 days will be permitted to pay the outstanding balance or the reservation will be cancelled.
All cancellations must be made at least two weeks (14 days) prior to your reservation. If you cancel before the designated time frame, we will refund your payment or transfer your date. If a cancellation is made inside of 14 days, the renter forfeits the rental fee.
